Frying Pan Park

My sweet little Mia had a field trip to Frying Pan Park. Isn't that a great name? It's a famous park, well known because every Thanksgiving the President of the United States pardons a turkey. The turkeys were always sent to Frying Pan Park. What an unfortunate name for a turkey right? They thought they would be fried. Well, they weren't fried but they started getting sick so now there are no more pardoned turkeys here. But I digress... let's get back to the field trip.
The farm is actually quite fun, and every year the preschoolers go and see the animals and go on a tractor ride and play on the playground. Here is a picture of Mia and all of the girls from the class. (The boys were on the tractor ride).
Cute little baby lambs. The four-legged ones and the ones that belong to me.

All of my children have had their picture taken on this tractor!

Mia and her friend enjoying the tractor ride. Don't they just look like they are having a good time?

I've always heard the story, but it's fun to see a place to go with it!
